Katia…

Wow, just coming out of the daze of scoring all-time Irene swell and we hopefully get to back it up with some swell from Katia…

Hurricane Irene

Keep a close eye on this one, 5 days out so things are likely to change quite a bit –

Groms

Here’s to the future…

Hunker Down!

I know we are ALL frothing for some solid swell, but you know things are getting ridiculous when Weather.com is hyping up their Tropical Forcast –

Bamboo Floatey Fish

I just saw this picture posted on 2ndLight in a thread about Florida Groveller boards. Tastywaves’ 5’6 bamboo/carbon Floatey Fish –

Travis Ward – El Salvador

Got a nice shot this week from Travis Ward riding his “Summer Squash” in El Salvador!

Travis Ward - El Salvador

The “Summer Squash” is a Boost with a rounded squash tail instead of a diamond tail. The beauty of custom surfboards, you can get it just how you want it…

If you’ve got a picture of yourself riding your Neilson board, email it to me and we’ll post it up. Love seeing Neilson boards being ridden all over the world.

Green resin tint going to Nova Scotia

This is Ricardo’s custom green resin tint Tommy Evans Model that’s about to get boxed/shipped up to Nova Scotia along with a custom Blunt for another custom and a few boards for If Only Surf Shop

Green resin ting custom longboard

Can’t wait to see some pics of these boards in action up in the cold-water points up there.

New quad air

This board is usually called a Bat tail but I also call it a “quad air” as well. At the shop now for your viewing pleasure! Good for groveling with a slightly wider template and the “bat tail” lets you hook into the wave for vertical steep face turns or gouges.
